Bench-mounted impulse welding apparatus are used for sealing polyethylene or propylene film bags or for making bags from the sleeve.

The welding time can be adjusted to select the optimum duration of sealing of the target material.




 

Sealing process:

• The sealing timer is set, depending on the melting temperature and the thickness of the material.
• The optimum setting of the timer is defined by trial.
• The bag is placed onto the work surface.
• The sealing lever is pressed (the indicator lamp lights up and after the completion of sealing it goes out).
